We are hiring a Bilingual Coordinator, I-CAR Canada

If your vehicle has been in a collision, you don’t need more surprises when you take it for repairs. Being able to trust that your automotive repair technician is properly trained and certified helps take a lot of the stress out of visiting the garage.

About the job

As Coordinator, I-CAR Canada, you’ll make sure automotive repair technicians can connect to the training they need. You’ll be the first point of contact for I-CAR Canada—a nationally recognized training program for the collision repair industry, run by the Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada). You’ll respond to phone and email inquiries from current and prospective I-CAR participants from all across the country, and assess and attend to their needs and concerns.

And don’t worry—you don’t need to know anything about cars or vehicle repair. But you do need to have great customer service and data entry skills, and the ability to juggle multiple projects, all with different deadlines. You must be fluent in French.

About AIA Canada

The Automotive Industries Association of Canada (AIA Canada) is a national not-for-profit industry association that represents the automotive aftermarket service and supply chain.

When you join us at our office in downtown Ottawa, you’ll find a dynamic work environment with the opportunity for training and professional growth. You’ll receive a competitive salary and benefits package, including a matched-contribution RRSP plan. In addition to your vacation time, you’ll also enjoy extra time off over the summer, and we close our office between Christmas and New Year.
