Ritu Shannon, Enterprise Mobility

A journey of growth and leadership

Ritu’s career with Enterprise Mobility began in 2001 as a Management Trainee in British Columbia. Over seven years in rental operations, she honed her skills before transitioning to the Business Rental channel, where she managed sales and client relationships. Her ability to build strong partnerships led her to join the national sales team in 2014, managing relationships with North American Travel Management Companies and the Government of Canada.

In 2019, Ritu joined the Replacement and Leisure Sales team and rose to her current position in 2023. Her journey exemplifies resilience and adaptability, proving that determination and hard work can lead to exceptional achievements.

Driving diversity, equity, and inclusion

Ritu is not only a leader in her field but also a passionate advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). She is actively engaged in ensuring Enterprise Mobility fosters an environment in which each team is offered a consistent experience.

“I have had the privilege of working for Enterprise Mobility for over 20 years, and my personal values align closely with the organization’s strong commitment to the principles of inclusion,” Ritu shares. “It is encouraging to work for a company that values diverse experiences, perspectives, and backgrounds, while prioritizing a culture in which everyone can thrive.”

Elevating women in the auto care industry

Ritu’s impact extends beyond her role at Enterprise Mobility. She is the Co-Chair of the Women’s Industry Network (WIN) of Canada Task Force, which came into incorporation in Fall 2024. WIN provides an opportunity for members to champion the advancement of women in the collision repair and auto care sectors.

“Supporting the Women’s Industry Network and their mission has been inspiring. It is wonderful to witness the increasing number of women making their mark in the collision industry,” says Ritu. WIN Canada now boasts nearly 100 members, many of whom actively participate in events like the Canadian Collision Industry Forum (CCIF).

“The passion, innovation, and leadership these women bring to the table are shaping a more inclusive and dynamic future for the entire industry.”
